Hey there!
My name is Sarah, but online usually I go by Hibi.
Some day in kindergarten I picked up a pencil and haven't put it down ever since. Since then I did however extended my horizons to digital art as well.
I've lived in Germany almost my entire life, besides the time where I fulfilled my childhood dream! In 2017 I went on a working holiday in New Zealand where I really got into exploring traditional media such as watercolors, ink and colored pencils.
In 2019 I started studying Design (Illustration and Media Design) at Münster School of Design, which is another dream come true to me! However, I finished my education as a youth care worker first in 2017.
Since 2019 I've also been taking part in more than 15 charity projects and helped to raise money for campains like the LOVE MYSELF campaign by BTS and UNICEF.
My favorite subjects are characters in natural environments. Nature in general plays a big roll within my work, such as starry skies or flowers. I like to portray emotions using vibrant colors inspired by the world around me.
